Silver Wins Gold at UKIPT Dublin

Max Silver wins the inaugural UKIPT Dublin for €72,000

Max Silver has won the Dublin leg of the first PokerStars UK & Ireland Poker Tour, beating out 590 players to collect €72,000 and a £5,000 seat into the upcoming EPT London. It is a remarkable double for Silver who also made the final table at the previous UKIPT event – held in Edinburgh in August. He was railed at the final table by good friend Nick Abou Risk who was the champion at the previous Edinburgh leg.

The race to top the UKIPT Leaderboard also heated up in Dublin. Up and coming UK pro Chris Brammer is currently in the top spot after a third deep finish over the weekend, eventually finishing in 18th place.

EPT London, which is also being classed by PokerStars as the UKIPT Grand Final, is next on the calendar with the £5,000 main event starting on Wednesday September 29.
