Our good mates at Unibet Poker have launched the Rio Showdown Series
From 5th – 21st August they are running a special tournament series where one lucky winner will get to travel to Brazil and four other Unibet players will also win a once in a lifetime travel experience. The series will consist of 65 tournaments in total, with €0, €2, €4 and €10 buy ins. The 25 best results will count towards the series leaderboard, with a total of 100 prizes to be won. To enter the daily €0 buy in tournaments simply place bets of at least €5 during Brazil 2016.

How to earn leaderboard points?
The top 50% of finishers in each tournament will earn leaderboard points according to the following formula:
( (Buy-in Multiplier x number of entrants) / finishing position ) x 30%
Examples:
- You finish 10th in a €1 buy-in game and there are 200 entrants, you will earn points as follows:
( (0.5 x 200) / 10 ) x 30% = 3 leaderboard points - You finish 10th in a €10 buy-in game and there are 100 entrants, you will earn points as follows:
( (3 x 100) / 10 ) x 30% = 10 leaderboard points
