WSOP.com and 888poker.com, two of the leading online poker sites in New Jersey, start sharing player pool
It’s been a fairly slow start to online poker’s new legal life in the US, but things could be about to heat up as WSOP.com and 888poker.com have announced they’ll be sharing their player pools across micro and low-stakes cash games and certain tournaments. This means players will immediately start benefiting from increased prize pools and a greater number of players at the cash tables. Each site will continue to maintain its individual reward and VIP programs, and players will earn points towards these programs only when they play on the specific site. The following MTTs will be available on a daily and weekly basis on 888poker.com and WSOP.com in New Jersey:
- $5,000 Nightly – 9pm EST
- $10,000 Nightly – 7pm EST
- $10,000 Sunday – 8pm EST
- $25,000 Sunday – 3pm EST
The cash games sharing liquidity are:
- No-limit hold’em tables: stakes up to $0.25/$0.50
- Limit hold’em tables: stakes up to $0.50/$1.00
- All sit-and-gos up to $5
